Eatontown police recently charged a Long Branch woman with shoplifting clothing from the Boscovs store and receiving stolen property from JC Penney, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.Silvia Perez, 41, 55 South Fifth Avenue, was arrested at Boscovs and charged with shoplifting $318.99 of clothing on Dec. 12. She was also charged with receiving $363.66 of moveable property from the JC Penney store, authorities said.
