Mildred 'Millie' S. Gaul Of Eatontown Dies

Services will be held today and Wednesday

Mildred “Millie” S. Gaul, of Eatontown, passed away on November 6, 2015, surrounded by her loving family.

Millie was born in Middletown to Egnetz and Mary Shkoda. She was a 1946 graduate of Leonardo High School and attended secretarial school. She was a communicant of St. James R.C. Church and was employed by St. James R.C Church in various positions, including Mt. Olivet Cemetery, the Church Rectory and finally Red Bank Catholic High School from 1970 until her retirement in 1995. Millie was a devout Catholic.

Millie was a lifelong member of the Sands Beach Club and enjoyed family get-togethers and outings. She loved animals. Millie is predeceased by her parents and her husband Daniel P. Gaul who died in 2002.

She is survived by her children James Gaul and his wife Sharon of Howell; Mary Anne Nagy and her husband Gregory of Eatontown; Clare Kojak and her husband Mark of Branchburg and Barbara Adam and her husband Mark of Bridgewater. Millie is also survived by her loving grandchildren Kristin, Kevin, Daniel, Courtney, Tyler, Megan and Sarah, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be today from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Thompson Memorial Home, 310 Broad St, Red Bank. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 11 at St. Dorothea’s RC Church, 240 Broad St, Eatontown. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Middletown.
