NATURAL WAYS TO MANAGE DEPRESSION

Are you experiencing persistent feelings of sadness, emptiness and fatigue, feeling recession depression or Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)? You may be experiencing depression. Depression can impact your energy, sleep, appetite and physical health. This program, presented by Carol Palmer BA, Monmouth Medical Center Program Instructor, will discuss natural approaches that may help you feel better. You will also learn ways to recognize and deal with these issues, challenge automatic negative thoughts, increase energy and bring more enjoyment to life. This program will take place at SCAN (Social Community Activities Network) in the Monmouth Mall located at Routes 35 & 36 in Eatontown. Registration is required by calling 732-542-1326. Free.
