New Year Challenge-- XXII A visit to 30 Keansburg, Union Beach, and Keyport

Off we go on another visit to three towns in Monmouth County. This a continuation project of taking a look at visiting Monmouth County as being one of your resolutions or challenges. It is my challenge to you to see if you can visit all 53 municipalities of Monmouth County in the year 2014.
It's up to you how you want to do this.  You will find a complete list at BizEturtle: Monmouth County Municipalities.See if you can get a picture of yourself and the mayor or a town official  and send it to me. I'll post it up here. Mail to lynn@bizeturtle.comYou must be in the town and not one of

Let's go to Keansburg, first. It is a borough located at the top edge of NJ. Near the Atlantic Ocean with a population over then thousand. For information on it's history check out the Keansburg Historical Society and
the Keansburg Library at 55 Shore Boulevard. It is a Member of MCLS.

Next we go to Union Beach. Union Beach offers a view of the New York City skyline and has a populationof over six thousand. For information on it'shistory, check out the Union Beach Library at 810 Union Avenue.It is a Member of MCLS.

Last visit is to Keyport. Keyport's nickname is the "Pearl of the Bayshore"
or the "Gateway to the Bayshore".It has a populationof over seven thousand, For information on it's history, check out the Keyport Library at 109 Broad Street. It is Not a Branch or Member of MCLS. You can also check out, Keyport Historical Society
