ONE-DAY MARVELOUS MULTIPLES Sunday, August 24 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This one-day childbirth education program for those expecting twins, triplets or more is to be attended early in the second trimester of pregnancy. The class will cover nutrition, labor and delivery, anesthesia options, Cesarean section, relaxation techniques, risks and complications of multiple pregnancy, recovery and caring for multiples. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. There will also be a tour of the Regional Newborn Center. The program will be held at Monmouth Medical Center located at 300 Second Avenue in Long Branch. To register, call 732-923-6990. $189 per couple.
