Rook Coffee, Delicious Orchards Team Up To Unveil Autumn Gift Box

MONMOUTH COUNTY, NJ — For the first time ever, two beloved Monmouth County small businesses are joining together to celebrate the fall season:

This October, Rook Coffee unveiled an exclusive gift box with Delicious Orchards of Colts Neck: The box is filled coffee, cider doughnuts (or doughnuts of your choice), plus a unique mug that bears the names of both popular local businesses.

"This one-of-a-kind gift box includes a 12 oz. bag of a collab-exclusive Rook coffee, ‘Match Made in Jersey’ — described as a medium roast from Mexico with notes of juicy ripe red apple, brown sugar and cocoa — as well as six Delicious Orchards doughnuts of choice, plus a collab-exclusive mug."

If you want to send this as a gift, each gift box will even include a personalized message for the recipient.

All gift box orders, while supplies last, will begin shipping Oct. 30 after the pre-sale period ends Oct. 29.

This is the first time Rook — which was started in 2010 by a pair of childhood friends out of a 300-square-foot shack in Long Branch — collaborated with Delicious Orchards. Delicious Orchards has been selling its farm-grown vegetables, apples and doughnuts by the side of the road since 1959 and became so widely known in New Jersey that they expanded into the beloved farm market that many visit today.

"With shops down the road from one another, this collaboration was, in our eyes, meant to be," said Rook's co-founders Holly Migliaccio and Shawn Kingsley. "Who doesn’t love coffee and donuts after all?"
