Seabrook Awards $210,500 in Scholarships to High School Students
29 high school seniors were awarded $6,000 scholarships. In addition, the community gave out an additional $36,500 in Named Scholarships.

Seabrook, a developed and managed Erickson Living retirement community in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, held its annual Scholar Awards Ceremony on June 8. At the event, 29 graduating high school seniors were awarded $6,000 scholarships. In addition, the community gave out an additional $36,500 in Named Scholarships.
The Scholar's Program is funded by the residents of Seabrook to support high school students employed on campus who have shown commitment to serving the Seabrook community. Qualifications include working 1,000 hours at Seabrook's Dining Services during their junior and senior years in high school. Since 2001, community has provided more than one million dollars in scholarships to more than 400 student employees.
"We are incredibly grateful to our residents for their support of our Scholar’s Program,” said Philanthropy Manager Ann Marie Matthews. “Their generosity affirms their affection for our student employee, as well as their support of higher education.”

Seabrook employs over 200 high school students from Neptune High School, Ocean Township High School, Academy Charter High School, Red Bank Catholic, Monmouth Regional High School, among others.
