Seabrook Celebrates Anniversary Club Members

Luncheon held to honor employees marking five and ten years of service.

Seabrook, an Erickson Senior Living-managed community in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, celebrated its five and ten-year service award recipients at the Jumping Brook Country Club in Neptune on July 15. Recipients included anniversary club members from 2019 and 2020.

Executive Director Phil Jean opened the luncheon with a toast to the honorees. “Thank you to our anniversary club employees for all your years of dedication to the residents and staff of Seabrook. You are a remarkable group of people, and we honor you for your years of service and for all that you do each and every day to make Seabrook a great place to live and work,” said Jean.

More than 100 guests attended the festive staff appreciation event. Seabrook recognized 55 employees of the five-year milestone and 26 employees of the ten-year milestone.

“Supporting and retaining outstanding team members is essential to creating a community that has exceptional service and provides the best retirement lifestyle to residents,” said Jean.

Each honoree received a beautiful silver desk clock engraved with their name.
