Seabrook Residents Donate $204,500 to Staff Appreciation Fund
The annual campaign is a way for residents to show their gratitude to non-management hourly employees in the community.

On December 3, Seabrook employees walked the "red carpet" as residents and their colleagues cheered and jingled noise makers at the community's annual Staff Appreciation Celebration. The annual campaign is a way for residents to show their gratitude to non-management hourly employees at the Erickson Living developed and managed senior living community in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. This year, residents raised $204,500 for the Staff Appreciation Fund.
At the festive event, residents expressed their appreciation toward employees and helped distribute donated funds to each eligible employee. At Seabrook, eligible employees may include the community's wait staff, dining associates, security officers, communication and administrative staff, banquet servers, maintenance workers, culinary team, housekeepers, Certified Medical Assistants, and Certified Nursing Assistants, totaling 585 staff members.
"Thank you to our residents for their generosity and for recognizing the hard work that our employees do to make Seabrook such a wonderful place to live and work," said Executive Director Phil Jean. “Each year the residents are delighted to show their appreciation to our employees who mean so much to them.”
