Seabrook Retirement Community Celebrates Grandparents Day
On September 10, Seabrook Retirement Community hosted a Grandparents Day celebration for more than 300 residents, staff and their families. The fun event included a petting zoo, touch-a-truck, Tinton Falls Police K-9 Unit, pony rides, bounce house, Little Jimmie’s Italian Ices, carnival games, cotton candy, popcorn, and more. During the event, children and their grandparents released butterflies at the pond on campus, enjoyed a magic show by Joe Fisher, and music by Abby and Tommy Anton as well as Nicole and Denise.
“This is the second year we hosted Grandparents Day to celebrate the hundreds of grandparents at Seabrook who make a difference in the lives of their family and friends each and every day,” said Community Resources Lead Coordinator Michelle Aguilar.
