Seabrook Retirement Community Welcomes Asya Robinson as Summer Intern

Seabrook Retirement Community announced the addition of Asya Robinson as Public Affairs summer intern.

Robinson, from Neptune, N.J., is a rising junior at Saint Peter’s University, studying communications and political science. During her time at Saint Peter’s, Robinson has served as class president, vice president of the communications club, and a member of the student government association.

Robinson, who has a background of working in the university athletic department, will be aiding Communications Manager Petra Shaw in day-to-day public relations activities for Seabrook including media relations, social media, event planning, and community relations.

“We are lucky to have Asya as part of our team this summer,” said Shaw. “She is a fantastic communicator, has a lovely personality, and will work well with our residents and staff. Through the internship, she will gain insight into senior living public relations and marketing.”

Seabrook is one of 19 continuing care retirement communities managed by Erickson Living. The scenic 98-acre campus is located in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, and is home to more than 1,400 residents.
