Seabrook Staff Appreciation Fund Rewards Hourly Team Members
Residents thank dedicated employees by contributing $227,707
Seabrook, the Erickson Senior Living community in Tinton Falls, NJ, distributed more than $227,700 to eligible hourly team members through its 2024 Staff Appreciation Fund (SAF).
The SAF, made possible through generous donations from warm-hearted residents, was dispersed during a Staff Appreciation celebration event on December 4. At the festive event, Seabrook team members wore their favorite festive sweaters and jeans, enjoyed a delicious holiday meal, and had the opportunity to thank residents for the gift. The gifts served as a thank you for providing residents with industry-leading services that enhance the community’s engaging, worry-free lifestyle.
“Thank you to the residents who generously donated to the fund,” said Executive Director Jen McNamara. “Their contributions truly make a positive difference and match the wonderful spirit of the season.”
A total of 590 employees were celebrated and received a distribution from the Fund this year.
In 2024, Seabrook won six Asbury Park Press Community Choice awards. Seabrook was voted Best Place to Work, Best Eco-Friendly/Green Business, Best Apartment Complex, Best Assisted/Senior Living, Nursing Home, and Top Boss.
