Seabrook Unveils New Fitness Center
Fitness center is state-of-the-art, designed to meet the needs of all skill levels.

Seabrook, an Erickson Living developed and managed retirement community in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, unveiled its newly renovated in-house fitness center at a ribbon cutting ceremony on March 20. More than 200 residents attended the festive grand opening party which included music, raffles, games, door prizes, healthy refreshments, and exercise, of course.
The new fitness center, located in the Village Center Club House, has more space than the previous center and new equipment including three new bikes, one new treadmill, and a full cable machine for functional training. Also, the center added a full studio complete with balance bar, mirrors, and storage.
“Our fitness center is state-of-the-art, designed to meet the needs of all skill levels,” said Fitness Manager Lauren Welch. “We are very excited about the new fitness studio which will allow us to offer fitness and wellness classes in Village Center in addition to our current classes in Town Square to accommodate more residents.”
