ICAT Triple Threat Training Center, 22 Meridian Road, Eatontown, NJ will be holding a FREE 1 hour Introduction to Urban Self Defense for Ages 12 and over. If you, your child, loved one or someone you know needs help in this area this Anti- Bullying Program is the opportunity to acquire basic skills that may help them deal with present or potentially hostile situations. This is a participation event so please come dressed to train. All children under 18 must have a parent or guardian bring them and come inside to register. Adults are welcome, No Fees at all.
