Social Skills Groups, Ages 5-7, 8-10, 11-14

Shore Kids Pediatric Therapies presents Silly Snakes and Social Network,
two social skills groups that begin July 1 and run through the 24th.
Sessions are Mondays at 10:30-11:20 or Fridays 10:30 to 11:20. This four-week session for Silly Snakes (Ages 5-7) will cover: Tone of Voice, Staying on Topic, Taking Turns, Initiating Play, Maintaining Physical Space. Social Network (ages 8-10) are on Mondays at 11:30-12:20 or Fridays 11:30-12:20 or (ages 11-14) on Mondays 7:00-8:00 or Fridays 9:30-10:30 and will address: Keeping calm, Getting positive attention, Dealing with winning/losing, Maintaining Physical Space, Don't be the rule police, Joining others in play, Compromising, Respecting Personal Boundaries, Dealing with teasing.
