Long Branch closed its boardwalk, promenade and adjacent bike paths last month because of the coronavirus.

LONG BRANCH, NJ — Long Branch police have provided enough warnings, according to Chief Jason Roebuck. Authorities will start ticketing people who go to areas that have been closed because of the new coronavirus, Roebuck announced Thursday.
Long Branch closed its boardwalk, promenade and adjacent bike paths last month. The sidewalks are only open between South Bath Avenue and Pavilion and are to be used for exercise or the beach. People can cross the roadway or the boardwalk to get to the beach at all entrances.
