SPCA, Oceanport Police Looking For Whoever Threw Four Kittens Out Of Moving Car
Kittens found on Monmouth Boulevard and Myrtle Avenue with heads smashed, SPCA chief says

The Monmouth County SPCA and Oceanport police are asking for the public’s help to locate whoever threw four kittens out of a moving car, according to app.com.
Authorities received calls around 8:30 a.m. about the dead kittens, who were found on Monmouth Boulevard and Myrtle Avenue, Ross Licitra, chief law enforcement officer for the Monmouth County SPCA.
It’s unclear if the kittens were already dead when they were thrown from the car or if they died from being thrown onto the roadway.
