Suspect In TD Bank Armed Robbery Still At Large
The Eatontown Memorial School and the Vetter School were put on lockdown while police searched the area.

Authorities are asking anyone who witnessed a recent armed robbery at the TD Bank at Wyckoff Road and Route 36 to contact detectives at the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
Eatontown police responded to the TD Bank at 9:22 a.m. on Thursday. Police determined that a black male with a semi-automatic handgun had robbed the bank and escaped with an undetermined amount of cash, Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni said.
The suspect was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and baggy jeans. He was last seen running towards the Laurel Garden Apartment, Gramiccioni said.

Eatontown Police were assisted at the scene by the Federal Bureau of Investigations, the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, the Tinton Falls Police Department and Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office K-9 units.
The Eatontown Memorial School and Vetter School were placed on lockdown at the request of Eatontown Police Chief Michael Goldfarb as a precautionary measure while police officers conducted a search of the area.
