Time Is Running Out To Apply!
The Affordable New Jersey Communities for Homeowners and Renters (ANCHOR) Property Tax Relief benefit is accepting applications until 02.28!
The ANCHOR program provides property tax relief to New Jersey residents who owned or rented their principal residence on October 1st, 2019, and met income guidelines.
The deadline for filing your ANCHOR benefit application is February 28, 2023.
The ANCHOR call center (1-888-238-1233) will have extended hours through February 28, 2023.

The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. until February 28, 2023.
