Authorities closed Broadway between Locust Avenue and Linden Avenue in West Long Branch, according to police. Northbound traffic is now flowing, while southbound traffic toward Long Branch is still closed, police announced at 8:55 a.m. JCP&amp;L is on the scene, according to police.
