Want To Park In Long Branch? It's Going To Cost You From Now Until October
Parking meters are now operational in some sections of the city.

Sunny, warm days are not the only signs that summer is on its way in Long Branch.
Parking meters in some sections of the city are now operational, from May 1 through Sept. 30, according to the Long Branch Police Department.
The meters are located at Pier Village and areas east of Ocean Boulevard, from Brighton Avenue to Atlantic Avenue. There are no meters on Pavilion Avenue and no meters on handicapped spaces, police said.

The cost is $1 per hour from Monday through Thursdays and $2 per hour on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
The meter will take cash, credit cars and mobile payments through mPay2Park.

Two-hour parking is available in Pier Village from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Four-hour parking is permitted from 5 p.m. until midnight. Motorists must move their vehicles after the two or four-hour time span has passed. There is no parking in Pier Village between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m.
