The six-week program welcomes children ages 4 to 14.

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ — Young tennis players will have the opportunity to sharpen their skills this fall as Washington Township Recreation opens registration for its popular Fall Tennis Clinic, running Sundays from Sept. 13 through Oct. 18 at the Rock Spring Park Tennis Courts.

Sessions will be led by Long Valley resident Brandon "Coach K" Kornbluh, a USPTR-certified tennis professional with more than 20 years of coaching experience.

The clinic schedule includes:

Each weekly session focuses on age-appropriate instruction, helping participants improve fundamentals, build confidence, stay active, and enjoy the game in a positive atmosphere.

Registration is open now and will close on Sept. 8, 2026. Space is limited, and organizers encourage families to register early, as the clinic has filled quickly in previous seasons.

For more information, contact the Washington Township Recreation Office at (908) 876-5941 or email recreation@wtmorris.net. Additional information is available at recreation.wtmorris.org.

Families choosing to pay online may do so at the township's payment portal. Recreation officials note that a completed registration form must be submitted at the same time as the online payment for a participant's registration to be considered complete.

With cooler temperatures and colorful autumn scenery on the way, the Fall Recreation Tennis Clinic offers local children a chance to stay active, develop new skills, and enjoy Sunday mornings on the courts this season.
