LONG VALLEY, NJ — Washington Township Recreation will host a free General Technology Q&A Seminar on Sept. 23 at 12:30 p.m. at the Washington Township Community Center in Long Valley.
The session will feature retired IT manager Bill Caproni and is open to community members and non-members at no cost.
According to the event announcement, the seminar is designed as an informal session for people with questions about computers, tablets, phones and other devices.
Attendees will be able to ask their own questions, hear from others in the group and get information about additional resources on topics including AI, cybersecurity and streaming.
The program is intended to offer a relaxed setting for people seeking help with everyday technology questions. According to the announcement, Caproni will guide participants through suggested steps, but he will not handle or operate personal devices during the session. No products or services will be sold, organizers added.
The seminar will be held at the Washington Township Community Center, 35 East Springtown Road, Long Valley. Washington Township Recreation said the event is open to all community members and non-members without charge.
