LONG VALLEY, NJ — Long Valley residents will have an opportunity to learn about skin health and healthy aging during a free wellness seminar this September.
Atlantic Health dermatologist Dr. Cindy Wassef will present "What's Aging Your Skin? And How to Reverse It" at 11:30 a.m. on Sept. 16 at the Washington Township Community Center, 35 East Springtown Road.
During the complimentary seminar, Wassef will discuss essential skincare routines, preventative dermatological care and ways to protect the skin — the body's largest organ — from environmental factors as the seasons change.
Attendees will also learn techniques for recognizing early signs of dermatological concerns and maintaining healthy skin over time, according to organizers.
A brief question-and-answer session will follow the presentation, giving attendees an opportunity to ask general questions about daily skincare management.
The seminar is free, but residents are encouraged to reserve a spot in advance.
