German Shepherd Found In Long Valley, Police Seek Owner

LONG VALLEY, NJ — Washington Township police are asking for the public's help reuniting a lost German Shepherd with his owner.

The large male German Shepherd was found along East Springtown Road in Long Valley recently, police said.

Authorities described the dog as friendly and are hoping someone recognizes him or knows where he lives.

Anyone who owns the dog or has information that could help identify his owner is asked to contact Washington Township Police Dispatch at 908-876-3232.

Police are also encouraging residents to share information about the found dog to help get him safely home.
