$11K Reward Offered in Morris Hit-And-Run That Critically Injured Man

Anonymous donation of $10,000 contributed to Morris County CrimeStoppers toward investigation.

More than two weeks after a man was found on Main Street in Madison critically injured, an $11,000 reward is being offered through Morris County Crimestoppers to anyone with information leading to an arrest in the investigation.

On Saturday, June 20 around 9:45 p.m. a 53-year-old man was found in the area of Madison’s Main Street and Prospect Street, police said.

Preliminary investigation lead police to believe the man’s injuries were the result of a hit and run and said the vehicle in question, a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, was located on surveillance footage and seen heading east toward Chatham.

The reward is a combination of $1,000 from Morris County CrimeStoppers and a $10,000 anonymous donation.
