19th Century Crypt Damaged In Madison Cemetary Fire
None of the remains kept inside the crypt were damaged.

MADISON, NJ— A crypt dating back to the late 1800s was damaged in a small electrical fire this weekend, Madison fire officials told NJ.com.
The small crypt at St. Vincent Martyr Cemetery was not extensively damaged during the fire, Madison Fire Chief Louie E. DeRosa told the paper. No remains were affected, but a crucifix was charred and some plastic was melted.
A malfunctioning LED light bulb in a memorial display was behind the fire, DeRosa said. The lack of oxygen quickly burned the fire out.
