$20K In Damage Done During Apartment Burglary, Madison Police Say
Police arrested a 47-year-old Madison man in connection to the burglary.

MADISON, NJ — $20,000 worth of damage was done to a boiler room during a burglary last week, Madison police said.
On Feb. 13, police were called to a Sayre Court apartment building for a burglary. Police found a broken window and the alleged burglar, Gabriele Catalano Jr, 47 of Madison, inside the building.
Officers say they found over $20,000 worth of damage to the gas and water utilities inside of the apartment building's boiler room.

Catalano was arrested and charged with burglary, criminal mischief, criminal mischief involving gas and water utilities, and disorderly conduct. He was releasing with an upcoming municipal court date.
