MADISON, NJ — Madison residents who need to handle borough business should plan around a long holiday weekend.
The Borough of Madison announced Wednesday that municipal offices will be closed Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day.
That means residents hoping to visit an office in person may want to complete their business before the weekend or wait until offices reopen. The borough's brief notice does not mention changes to garbage collection, recycling or other municipal services.
Residents should check the borough website for additional holiday updates before setting out. Online resources for bill payments, permits and service requests also remain available through Madison's official website during the office closure.
