The Grove Project Finds New Home at Madison Community House

MADISON, NJ — September 22, 2026 — The Grove Project, a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting the social-emotional development of youth ages 5 – 18 through meaningful service experiences, has found a new home at the Madison Community House, owned and operated by the Thursday Morning Club of Madison.

As The Grove Project has expanded its programming and community reach, the organization needed additional space to accommodate growing enrollment and create more opportunities for young people to learn, connect and serve. The move represents a natural partnership between two organizations with shared commitments to service, community, youth development and making a positive difference in the lives of others.

"We are thrilled to welcome The Grove Project to the Madison Community House," said Olga Soriano, President of the Thursday Morning Club. "Their work with young people closely reflects the values that have guided the Thursday Morning Club for more than a century."

At the heart of The Grove Project is the belief that young people are not simply future leaders —they are agents of change today. By empowering youth to identify needs, take action and see the impact of their contributions, the organization helps build confidence, compassion and civic engagement.

To introduce the community to its new space, The Grove Project hosted a free, family-friendly Open House on Sunday, September 13th.Attendees toured the new space, learned more about The Grove Project's programs and participated in a hands-on service project in support of the organization's Thanksgiving food drive.

"The Open House was about more than celebrating our new space," said Katie Hearn, CEO and Founder of The Grove Project. "It was an opportunity to invite the community in, share what we do and demonstrate how young people can make a meaningful difference when they are given the opportunity to serve."
