Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center Presents "Keep Your Balance and Avoid Falls"

The National Center for Biotechnology Information states that people with osteoporosis are particularly at risk for bone fractures caused by falls. To help people better understand balance and how to prevent falls, Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) presents “Keep Your Balance and Avoid Falls” on Thursday, October 9 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center.

The National Osteoporosis Foundation states that an individual’s eyes, ears, muscles and joints all play an important role in maintaining balance and preventing broken bones. Join the Osteoporosis Support Group at Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center for this program to learn about preventing falls.
