Madison Penguin Plunge to Benefit Special Olympics CT
Courageous "penguins" will take the plunge into the chilly waters of Hammonasset Beach on Feb. 9 to benefit Special Olympics Connecticut. Will you be one of them?

Don't miss the opportunity to run, jump or dive into the chilly waters of Connecticut! Last year thousands of "Penguins" took the plunge statewide to raise much needed funds for over 14,000 Special Olympics Connecticut athletes and partners.
Penguin Plunges are one of Special Olympics Connecticut's longest and “coolest” events to raise awareness and funds for our year-round programs. Individuals, groups and families, also known as "penguins", take the plunge with courage, wearing bathing suits, team jerseys and creative costumes!
Plungers solicit donations from family, friends and local businesses in order to take the plunge. Incentive prizes for money raised and individual and group awards are given in a number of different categories. Register online to raise money to support Special Olympics. Anyone is welcome to show up and register the day of the event as well.
