Coldwell Banker Realty Young Professionals Network Collects More than 2,000 Toys During Holiday Drive

MADISON, N.J. (Jan. 2, 2025) – The Coldwell Banker Realty Young Professionals Network (YPN) collected 2,049 toys this holiday season—a new record—for Toys for Tots and Oasis — A Haven for Women and Children in Paterson. This was the fifth annual statewide holiday toy drive that YPN hosted at Coldwell Banker Realty offices throughout New Jersey, New York and the Philadelphia area.

“Thank you to all who helped us exceed our goal of 2,000 toys and for helping to make a difference in so many lives of those residing in our local communities,” said Joseph Sarkar, YPN organizer and branch vice president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Ridgewood/Glen Rock. “Your ongoing support of the Coldwell Banker Realty Young Professionals Network makes all of this possible.”

Sarkar offered special thanks to the Coldwell Banker Realty office managers who rallied sales associates and staff for a final push to collect donations. He expressed gratitude to all the Coldwell Banker Realty offices that held their own separate and successful holiday drives. Coldwell Banker Realty additionally held an event at the Ritz-Carlton in Philadelphia for the offices in that region, which was a main collection point for the toy drive.
