Coldwell Banker Announces 2024 Award Winners from New Jersey

Madison Real Estate Brokerage Reveals 2024 Leadership Award Winners and 30 Under 30 Class of 2024

MADISON, N.J. (November 21, 2024) – Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, an Anywhere® (NYSE: HOUS) brand, has announced the New Jersey-based winners of its 2024 Coldwell Banker Leadership Awards and 30 Under 30 Class of 2024 Award. The winners for each award are as follows:

Coldwell Banker Realty in New Jersey, led by Coldwell Banker Realty’s East Regional President Rob Norman, was honored with the Coldwell Banker Heroes Award, with special recognition for the company’s Young Professionals Network (CBYPN). CBYPN, overseen by Joseph Sarkar, branch vice president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Ridgewood/Glen Rock, is a member-driven organization that helps young real estate professionals excel in their careers by giving them the tools and encouragement to become involved in three core areas: community service, education and social/networking. CBYPN holds an annual statewide holiday toy drive, now entering its fifth year. The Coldwell Banker brand is known worldwide for its charitable efforts, from leading fundraising efforts and participating in events to donating time and/or goods to help others in need. The Coldwell Banker Heroes award honors one individual, office and operating company that epitomizes extraordinary service and takes great pride in strengthening its community while going the extra mile to ensure that those in need have a trusted advocate for a brighter future.

Joanne Liscovitz, a real estate agent based in Hillsborough, was honored with the Coldwell Banker Woman on the Move Award. The Woman on the Move Award recognizes a woman of the Coldwell Banker network who has made instrumental strides in the real estate industry to represent the values of women, helped other women achieve success and celebrated a great level of business success in their career. Liscovitz is the co-founder of Dance for the Cure (www.danceforthecure.org), a not-for-profit organization which uses the medium of dance to raise funds to provide direct financial assistance to women and their families impacted by breast cancer.

The Coldwell Banker 30 Under 30 Class of 2024 Award recognizes affiliated real estate professionals below the age of 30 for their success in real estate sales, philanthropy and leadership. Recipients were chosen from the brand’s network of over 98,000 affiliated sales professionals in more than 2,700 offices across 40 countries and territories. This group of real estate professionals honors the heritage of Coldwell Banker’s founders, Colbert Coldwell and Arthur Banker, who started their company at 24 and 28 years old, respectively.

The New Jersey-based honorees of the Coldwell Banker 30 Under 30 Class of 2024 Award include:

  • David Adlai-Gail, Princeton Junction
  • Matt Olencki, field marketing manager for Coldwell Banker Realty in New Jersey, based in Madison
  • Phoebe Crego-Biggs, Hoboken
