Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Day To Benefit Communities In N.J. And Rockland County, N.Y.

MADISON, N.J. – (April 7, 2016) – All 52 real estate offices affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y. will give back to local communities in both states via charitable efforts as part of the fourth annual Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (CBRB) Cares Day event. Each office has selected a Cares Day service project, with most of them taking place April 14-16. CBRB Cares is the real estate company’s philanthropic arm.

Hundreds of affiliated real estate agents and staff will be volunteering for a wide variety of charitable activities. These Cares Day activities include beach and park clean-ups; blood drives; food and clothing drives; garage sales for charity; pet adoptions; secure document shredding; spending quality time at children’s hospitals, schools and senior care facilities; volunteering at homeless shelters; and more.

During the third annual CBRB Cares Day event in 2015, 637 volunteers worked 2,064 combined hours and collected multiple carloads of food, numerous pet supplies and more than $6,600 in financial donations. Since its inception in 2005, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares has given more than $1 million to charities supporting local communities, along with countless volunteer hours donated by affiliated sales associates, managers and staff.
