Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Real Estate Agents And Teams Ranked Among Best In New Jersey
Madison Real Estate Brokerage Commends Agents
MADISON, N.J. – (July 11, 2016) – The 2016 REAL Trends America's Best Real Estate Agents report has recognized numerous real estate agents and teams affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as among the best in New Jersey. This report ranks the most productive residential real estate agents and teams by state based on closed sales volume and closed transactions sides in 2015.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage real estate agents and teams claimed 51 spots on the four lists included in the Real Trends report for New Jersey. To qualify, individual sales agents had to close 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume for 2015, and teams needed 75 closed transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume for 2015.
