Colleen Kraus Appointed Branch Vice President Of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage In Caldwell

CALDWELL, N.J. (Oct. 17, 2016) – Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County N.Y., is pleased to announce that Colleen Kraus has been appointed branch vice president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Caldwell office. Kraus will be responsible for the oversight of approximately 60 affiliated sales associates serving communities in the Essex County area.

“The sales professionals affiliated with the Caldwell office will benefit tremendously from Colleen’s real estate sales and management experience,” noted Maxwell. “She brings more than 20 years of invaluable experience to the branch vice president position in the Caldwell office, having most recently led the Hillsborough office in Somerset County.”

Kraus’ real estate career began in 1993 as a sales associate with Burgdorff Realtors, which became part of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2009. Her expert skills and sales accomplishments earned her multiple awards and caught the attention of upper management. In 2011, she was accepted into the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Management Assessment Program, a year-long evaluation and education curriculum. Following the completion of the program in 2012, she became branch vice president of the company’s Hillsborough office.

A longtime resident of northern New Jersey, Kraus presently resides in Maplewood with her husband, George, who is branch vice president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Westfield West office. Their oldest son is also in the real estate business as a licensed real estate agent and relocation specialist in New York City. Their daughter is currently a graduate student at University of Massachusetts Amherst studying landscape design and regional planning, and another son is in the process of obtaining his undergraduate degree at Arizona State University in Phoenix.
