Here is the Madison police blotter for March 2017.

MADISON, NJ— Madison Police responded to a variety of calls in March, including 61 medical calls and 30 car crashes. Here is the March 2017 police blotter, as written by Lt. John Miscia:
March 11 at 2:30 a.m.: Ptl. Travis Daniel arrested Fonda Lynn Odum, 40 of Jersey City, NJ. Cpl.Bart Glab and Ptl. Daniel stopped Odum on Woodland Road for a moving violation. Upon further investigation, signs of impairment were observed and Odum was asked to provide field sobriety evaluations. After the subsequent investigation, Odum was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated and she was transported to Madison Police Department for processing. While at headquarters, Odum was found to be in possession of illegal prescription medication that she was not the owner of. After processing, Odum was charged with Driving While Intoxicated. and Possession of C.D.S. (Schedule IV)-3 rd degree offense. She was additionally charged with a number of motor vehicle violations, namely Refusal to Provide Breath Samples, Careless Driving, and Reckless Driving, and Possession of CDS in a Motor Vehicle. She was ROR’d on her criminal charge pending a Morris County Superior Court appearance.
March 16 at 1:29 a.m.: Ptl Adam Riley arrested Francis J. Kingston, 21 of Bayville, NY. Ptl. Riley stopped Kingston on Loveland Street for an equipment violation. Upon speaking with the driver, Ptl. Riley detected signs of obvious drug use inside of the vehicle. During the investigation, a small quantity of suspected marijuana was found. Kingston was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana Under 50 Grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, both being Disorderly Person’s Offenses. Kingston was additionally issued motor vehicle summonses for Maintenance of Lamps and Possession of CDS in a Motor Vehicle. He was ROR’d pending a court appearance in Madison Municipal Court.

March 16 9:38 a.m.: Ptl. Spiro Milonas arrested Victoria R. Meyler, 25 of Mendham, NJ. Ptl. Milonas stopped Meyler on Main Street for a moving violation. Upon meeting with Meyler, Ptl. Milonas observed obvious signs of drug use. During the investigation, a small amount of marijuana was located inside the vehicle, along with several marijuana pipes. Meyler was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana Under 50 Grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, both being Disorderly Person’s Offenses. She was ROR’d pending a court appearance in Madison Municipal Court.
March 22 at 10:16 p.m.: Ptl. Carmine DeCaro arrested Felipe D. Flores, 22 of Harrison, NJ. Ptl. DeCaro was dispatched to a Madison Avenue address for a trespasser on the property. Ptl. DeCaro met with the reporting party, who advised that Flores was notified of being banned from the property in October 2016. Ptl. DeCaro located Flores and placed him in custody. He was charged with Defiant Trespassing, a Petty Disorderly Person’s Offense. He was ROR’d pending a court appearance in Madison Municipal Court.

March 25 at 3:22 a.m.: Ptl. Joseph DiRocco arrested Yolanda V. Rosales-Dominguez, 45 of Madison, NJ. Ptl. DiRocco was dispatched to a park Avenue address for a dispute in progress. Upon arrival, Ptl. DiRocco located the victim, who advised that they were assaulted by Rosales-Dominguez. She was placed under arrest and charged with Simple Assault, a Disorderly Person’s Offense. She was later ROR’d pending a court appearance in Madison Municipal Court.
