Drunk Driver Charged With Possession: Madison Police
Matthew R. O'Grady was arrested after a motor vehicle stop, police said.
MADISON, NJ - A 32-year-old Rahway man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of THC oil and possession of drug paraphernalia on March 4, according to the Madison Police Department.
According shortly after 9 p.m. Patrolman stopped Matthew R. O’Grady’s vehicle on Main Street for an equipment violation. While speaking with the driver, McDermott saw signs of impairment and asked O’Grady to perform field sobriety evaluations, police said.
After an investigation, O’Grady was found to be in possession of
suspected THC oil and drug paraphernalia and was placed under arrest, police said.
He was later released to a friend, pending a court appearance in Madison Municipal Court.
