Jim Shooter is a legend in the comic book industry. During his career he has been a writer, an editor, the EIC of MARVEL COMICS, and the founding editor of VALIANT COMICS. Currently he is the writer and chief architect the Dark Horse Comics revival of Valiant / Gold Key heroes that include Dr Solar, Magnus the Robot Fighter and Turok. Jim also holds the distinction of mostly likely being the youngest working professional writer in the industry when as a 14 year old he regularly wrote the Legion of Super-Heroes series during the 1960s.
