The 28th Annual Summer Seminar Series co-sponsored by the Madison Public Library and the Madison Senior Center will kick off on Monday, July 9th at 2pm. Dr. Douglas Simon, Professor Emeritus, will discuss what effect foreign policy will have on the presidential elections and how the broader international system has impacted previous presidential elections.
This is the first of 10 seminars held on Monday afternoons at 2pm and Thursday mornings at 10:30am between July 9th and August 9th. The seminars are free and open to the public.
