Learning Lab Will Give Away Free Afternoon Enrichment Class

The Learning Laboratory is holding a giveaway for a FREE afternoon Kindergarten Enrichment program. The class, which runs Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from 12:15-2:45 offers an enriching extension to half-day public Kindergarten programs. Taught by 2 certified teachers, the maximum class size is 6. Students work on reading, math and writing skills, as well as exploring various science and cultural topics.

Learning Lab owners Polly Scott and Nancy DiPaola feel it is important to give back to the community. "This is why we hold drawings now and then to allow more students to take advantage of our programs," says Polly Scott. The Learning Lab's morning program is full, however, limited spaces are available in the afternoon.
