Hollenbach Family Chiropractic will be hosting a Lunch and
Learn at 11:30am on Thursday, September 20, at Whole Foods in Madison at 222 Main Street.
The guest speakers will be Roxann Mitchell, CNM and Marley Mitchell, RN of Hackettstown Midwives. Roxann Mitchell has practiced midwifery for the past 18 years. After graduating from The University of Medicine and Dentistry in 1994, her experience has included birth center births, hospital births at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Hackettstown Regional Medical Center, Morristown Memorial Hospital, and homebirths. Roxann’s daughter, Marley Mitchell is a recent nursing school graduate. Roxann believes that every woman should be cared for as if she were her own sister.
Roxann and Marley will be giving an informative talk titled,
“The First Hour of Life After Birth”. The topic will encompass the many ways midwives care for newborns and their recommendations for moms and babies.
