An evening of early Baroque solos and duets featuring ARTEK's two spectacular sopranos, Laura Heimes and Barbara Hollinshead, supported by director Gwendolyn Toth, harpsichord, Christa Patton, harp, and Agnes Kállay, cello.
Selections will feature Monteverdi, Barbara Strozzi and George Friderik Handel (with two Italian pieces that he later recycled in his masterpiece, Messiah). Pre-concert chat with the artists at 7:15 pm.
