Madison Women to Learn the Art of Negotiation at Believe, Inspire, Grow
Monthly Meeting

The Chatham/Madison pod of B.I.G. is thrilled to invite area women to its regular monthly
meeting, which is free for members
and first time attendees.

The topic for the May meeting will be “The Art of
Negotiation,” presented by Christine Clifton of Client Centric Growth. We all
negotiate every day in our personal and professional lives. Ms. Clifton will
teach meeting attendees the skills they need to feel confident that they can
get what they want out of life and business.

B.I.G. is a support, education and networking group designed to empower
women at all stages of their professional pursuits, from stay at home mothers
looking to re-engage in the workforce or start a business, to seasoned
entrepreneurs, to career executives looking to make a change.

B.I.G provides a non-competitive, supportive environment for women to
brainstorm new ideas, consider barter opportunities, share success stories and
help each other move toward their goals. The group meets face-to-face, with
each monthly meeting focusing on a different theme. The website,
www.believeinspiregrow.com was created to supplement the monthly meetings with
an online business toolbox, relevant business information, resume and job
search help, discounts for members, and forums for business ideas.

Chatham/Madison Pod Leader Donna Leyens said, “We are different from other
networking groups, because we start with and emphasize support. Our members
often comment that the wonderful thing about B.I.G. is that it is so
collaborative.”

“In addition to support, every B.I.G. meeting has an educational component
and we plan our meetings around different business topics. Everybody learns
something, and has an opportunity to contribute to the conversation as well. It
is very empowering.”
