From Glazunov’s Élégie dedicated to Liszt , to Rachmaninov’s massive Trio elégiaque paying tribute to his teacher Tchaikovsky, passion, pain, and remembrance abound in a program that reflects upon the power of one life to move another. There will be a pre-conversation with the perfomers at 7:15pm and the concert will begin at 8:00pm.
