The Learning Laboratory will host: Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning for Special Needs, presented by Sandra L. Lascari, Esq, of The Law Offices of Sandra Lascari in Madison. Ms. Lascari's practice is dedicated to the representation of families with special needs children. The presentation will focus on planning for the future and well-being of the disabled child. Ms. Lascari will discuss the do's and don'ts of establishing wills and trusts, especially when disabled individuals are receiving or plan to receive government benefits.
