Firefighters Respond to Dumpster Blaze at Boro Garage

A total of eight firefighters responding to the call at 3:44 p.m. found smoke pouring from a trash dumpster.

Fire personnel utilized the compressed air foam system (CAFS) to extinguish the fire, which though small created intense heat.

The dumpster contained cardboard, according to the MFD, but the exact cause of the fire was not determined.
