Gov. Murphy Swears In Madison Mayor, Council
Democrats Robert Conley, Maureen Byrne and Rachel F. Ehrlich took the oath of office from Phil Murphy Sunday.
MADISON, NJ - Governor Phil Murphy was on hand in Madison Sunday to swear in three fellow Democrats to their posts on the governing body.
Murphy swore in Mayor Robert Conley for another term at 3 p.m. on Sunday. Conley defeated Robert G. Catalanello with 2,594 votes over 1,682 votes.
Murphy also administered the Oath of Office to Maureen Byrne and Rachel F. Ehrlich for their terms as members of the council.

Byrne was elected in the general election on the strength of 2,317 votes and Ehrlich earned 2,245 votes.
