The satff and clients of Victorian Garden Adult Day Center in Chatham joined together to celebrate the program's nineteenth anniversary on March 19, 2014. According to Phyllis Flemming, Executive Director, "we are nineteen years old and better than ever. A day center can be a life saver for caregivers and we are proud to be a valuable community resource since 1995".
